Eligibility and Voting Process
Certified voters will receive correspondence from Survey & Ballots Systems (SBS) to help you navigate the process of electronic voting.
Eligible voters for the 2025 FAMU National Alumni Association election of national officers include:
Members with functional emails on the FAMU NAA Membership Committee’s roster of certified eligible voters will receive instructions from SBS to access their electronic ballots and view biographies of all candidates.
To ensure that your election specific broadcast email arrives safely in your inbox on or around Tuesday, April 1, 2025, add the email address, noreply@directvote.net, as an approved sender. This helps safeguard your ballot from landing in spam. If necessary, search your junk mail if you do not receive your ballot on or around April 1, 2025.

If you have concerns regarding your voter eligibility or certification, first contact your chapter president. If there is still a concern, contact your regional vice president. The regional vice president will contact the NAA Nominating Chair at nominating@famunaa.org.
