 A strong, engaged alumni network is the backbone of FAMU NAA. To maximize participation and ensure lifelong connection, we must create meaningful engagement opportunities, valuable member benefits, and a sense of shared purpose. 

Expand Strategic Corporate Partnerships for Member Benefits

• Offer exclusive alumni discounts, career development resources, and priority access to FAMU-related events.

Strengthen Young Alumni Involvement

• Appoint a Young Alumni Liaison Group to the Executive Board.
• Implement The Rattler Exchange Program, where young alumni contribute fresh ideas, while seasoned alumni provide mentorship and historical perspective.

Increase Global Alumni Engagement

• Establish three new international alumni chapters within the next administration.
• Plan destination alumni conventions to build a global Rattler network.

Re-Establish Two-Way Communication

• Enhance regular dialogue between the NAA President, regional chapters, and members to ensure all voices are heard.

Amplify successful chapter initiatives nationally to foster best practices across the network. 

 By creating stronger member connections and ensuring valuable engagement, we will build a thriving, united, and empowered FAMU NAA that supports alumni at every stage of life.
